“$29 flights are back as airlines race to fill seats in the off-season”

“Airlines have a record 260 million seats to fill this quarter, and to do it, they’re offering fares that will run you about the same as a pair of movie tickets…”

Are prices starting to collapse in the airline industry? Makes sense. China is pretty much a no go zone now for businesses. The middle east is at war. The west in general is at odds with Russia. Where are people going to go? Africa, a continent full of third world nations? South America? Large amounts of those people are trying to flee to the U.S. because we basically have a open borders policy.

There is nowhere to go. In my opinion Airlines are going to be struggling for a while; at the very least a year, probably more.
