I’m not going to bother quoting the article. There’s no way I would touch real estate right now. It’s about to crash. I’m not trying to scare anyone but its just common sense. Everyone has been screaming from the rooftops about the commercial real estate market. Investing now is like begging for a huge loss of investment.
Buying REITs after the crash? Now that sounds like a good idea to me. That’s prime time. That’s when I plan to invest heavily into REITs at least.
