Instead of quoting this article I’ll make a few comments instead. You know how a person can achieve their desires in a job? Stop putting up with B.S. [For lack of a better term] If you want a 4 day week don’t work for a company unless they offer it. To many people put up with garbage in low quality jobs.
Do not work for them. If the job is trash do not take it. Start a side hustle instead. It’s more work but at least in the long run you’ll be paid a much greater amount.
