For the TL;DR this is some major points that were said [predicted] by Edward Dowd:

1.) Reagan style economy with a recession then a boom afterwards
2.) Stock Market eventually drops 50%
3.) Housing bubble to pop in the summer
4.) No banking crisis

Side note: He also said the recent stock market drop was not because of tariffs. It was because of the A.I. bubble popping. The tariffs did help accelerate it though.
