I only have one thing to say. Pay more. That will make people care more about work. Do that or keep complaining. See how that turns out for these businesses. Also they should train people. Quit trying to snip talent from other companies. No job trains then businesses want to complain about qualified people or lack of workers. It’s nonsense.
