Listen, per percentage basis the middle class pays the most taxes. The rich know all the loopholes. Stop trying to over tax the rich. It is IMPOSSIBLE. If they were to be over taxed they would leave. They are not forced to live in any given country.
High taxes in general are bad. Instead of trying to steal money from the rich via government work on reducing taxes for everyone. That works a lot better. Attempting to levy high taxes on the rich does not work at all.
