“Hawaii wildfires caused up to $6 billion in economic losses, Moody’s estimates”
August 23, 2023
“…The catastrophic wildfires in Maui, Hawaii, have caused between $4 billion and $6 billion in economic losses, according to an estimate by Moody’s RMS on Tuesday…
The wildfires are the worst disaster in Hawaii state history. At least 115 people died in the fires and more than 800 people were still missing as of Monday local time, according to Maui County officials…
The cause of the wildfires is still under investigation. Power company Hawaiian Electric is facing multiple lawsuits alleging that downed power lines triggered the fires…”
People are not “missing.” They are dead. School was out that day so all children were at home while parents were at work. The water was cut but the power was left on. That means there was no water to put out the fire caused by the downed power lines. Also Hawaii has one of the most advanced alarm/alert systems in America. Magically there were no alarms / no warnings of this so called natural disaster.
