“The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -0.70% climbed 461.46 points, or 1.7%, to end at 27,572.44, its sixth straight gain. The S&P 500 SPX, -0.66% rose 38.46 points, or 1.2%, finishing at 3,232.39.
