There’s no need to quote the article here. Click the link if you wish to read. More importantly businesses are going to layoff employees. Low wadges are better than no wadges. Communism / socialism does not work. Jobs can not be forced to pay more if they can’t afford it. They will either leave or go out of business.
Good job California. You got what you wanted. Now are large chunk of restaurant employees can enjoy joblessness. Have fun.
