“The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.58% rose about 116 points or 0.4%, to 28,654, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.43% was 14 points, 0.4%, higher, to touch 3,244. The Nasdaq COMP, +0.73% jumped 65 points, 0.7%, to touch 9,038.
