Listen it’s not the pandemic that is contributing to the worker shortage. It’s the restrictions around it. There are large amounts of people quitting jobs because they don’t want to wear mask or be coerced into taking a vaccine. Regardless of your opinion on those two things, the reality of the situation, is large amounts of people are quitting jobs because of it. It’s just a fact and large news organizations rarely if ever say it.
