The article is behind a paywall so I’ll just add my opinion here. McDonald’s has already been criticized for 20 dollar meals and Wendy’s has been criticized for floating a plain to have “surging” prices during high traffic hours. Inflation combined with unreasonable minimum wage hikes is quickly pricing fast food out of the market. Just eat at home. It’s cheaper and healthier.
