“Trump Promises ‘At Least $2000’ Tariff Dividend Payments Directly To Americans”

This is a good political move. Not only are these tariffs extremely beneficial to America, the promise of tariff dividends comes at a time the Supreme Court is set to rule on tariffs. The President is well within his power to tariff countries. This issue shouldn’t be up for debate. It’s clearly stated in U.S. law.

In any case this timing genius because it places the blame on the courts if people do not receive their dividends. This make it far less likely any court with TDS [Trump Derangement Syndrome] will try to usurp presidential power. No tariffs means no dividends. If the courts rule against tariffs they’ll feel the backlash from the American people.
