50 year mortgage? This is a horrible idea. I understand the president wants to inject liquidity into the market but turning people in to debt slaves is not the way to go. 50 Year mortgage? It doesn’t matter what the terms and conditions are. Never.
To be honest with you I think houses should be paid off in 10 years not the standard 30 we have now. This is just an idea. I get it. Some ideas should never see the light of day. This one needs to vanish like a fart in the wind. No one will miss it.
