“72% of workers have regrets about quitting an old job for a new one “

“In February, 4.4 million people quit their jobs, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and a whopping 6.7 million people were hired into new roles.

Workers, not employers, have the upper-hand right now, and many are taking advantage of the job market being in their favor.

However, some aren’t happy with the changes they are making. Almost three-quarters, 72%, of those who quit their job experienced either regret or surprise that their new position was different from what they thought it would beaccording to a survey of 2,500 workers by The Muse.”

Nope. Asking multiple questions with one answer is a good way to get skewed data. That number isn’t as high as the poll would lead one to believe.
