For the latest tranche, about 1.3 million of the payments — with a value of about $2.6 billion — were sent to eligible individuals for whom the IRS previously did not have information to issue a stimulus check but who recently filed a tax return…”
This type of thing hurts the economy. All this “free” money is spearheading the labor shortage. Why work when you can get a check for free? Also all this money printing is further devaluing the dollar via inflation. Everyone and see and feel whats happening when they go to the grocery store. Prices are going up and this money printing is not helping.
