The real estate crisis is not in the housing market. (yet?) It’s commercial real estate. The problem in commercial real estate was never solved it’s just there’s been less reporting on the situation. It’s still disaster waiting to happen and kicking the can down the road wont do anything to stop the potential crisis.
In any case there’s a bunch of people like me waiting on the sidelines. After the markets crash I’m investing in REITs like there’s no tomorrow. Others will actually buy real estate for pennies on the dollar. A once in a lifetime situation is on the horizon
