The article is behind a paywall so I’ll just speak about the title. It seems like UPS isn’t doing to well. The order to return to offices is because of commercial real estate offices they rented. It’s a waste of money not to use them. That’s why a lot of these businesses force people to come back to offices when really there’s no need. They dont want to loose their money they have in renting / leasing so much commercial real estate.
