The suggest for this article are horrible in my opinon. It’s telling you to invest in real estate, the very thing thats going to crash hard in my opinion. Personally I would wait until after any crash before investing in real estate. Actually I don’t like many of the investment ideas’s in this article. Why invest in a gold IRA when you can get gold itself?

Here are must better investments in my opinion. Small cap stocks, commodities [precious metals], real estate after a crash or sharp decline, Cryptocurrency after a crash or major pullback. One of the best options for now is to save cash. Buy up everything for cheap after a crash or major pullback.
